As New Debao's new‑generation flagship high‑speed cup forming machine, the NEWTOP‑168S9 features a transmission mechanism with a "one horizontal, two vertical" moving‑axis layout. The actuators adopt inline paper feeding and cup body forming technology, reaching a maximum production speed of 168 cups per minute. Combined with a dual turret design (10 stations for the male mold and 9 stations for the female mold) and a three‑station curling system, the machine ensures stable and efficient forming with smooth, full curling that offers excellent compatibility with standard cup lids on the market. Moreover, through specialized process optimization, the NEWTOP‑168S9 is deeply adapted to green production trends, stably compatible with PLA biodegradable materials, water‑based coated paper, and other new eco‑friendly materials. The machine can also be equipped with an optional intelligent vision inspection system for online defect recognition and automatic rejection of defective products.

The NEWTOP‑DXD110 high‑speed intelligent paper cup packaging machine integrates online with the NEWTOP‑168S9 to create a combined smart manufacturing and packaging line for paper cups. The NEWTOP‑DXD110 can connect to two cup machines simultaneously, accommodating packaging of two different cup sizes, and automatically adjusts the film feeding length according to the cup diameter. It adopts a modular independent station design, so maintenance, servicing, and adjustments do not require interrupting the upstream cup machine production. To meet diverse customisation needs, the NEWTOP‑DXD110 is equipped with multiple smart expansion interfaces, supporting flexible upgrades. Optional labellers and coders can be added for colour‑mark tracking, printing production dates, batch numbers, and serial numbers, enabling intelligent traceability and compliant labelling of paper container products.
