1. The NEWTOP-168C high speed intelligent paper cup machine is completely redesigned based on the NEWTOP-168S9 platform, with transmission-execution separation architecture and one horizontal, two vertical motion axis layout for stable high-speed production.

2. Rotary paper suction combined with linear feeding and servo-driven ultrasonic cup body forming, plus dual turntables (10-station bottom / 9-station mouth), enable efficient multi-process forming from sheet to finished cup.

3. Multi-station rimming (≥3 stations), optional vision inspection, and modular frame / hot-air / knurling options support diverse high-grammage 16-22oz cup applications.

Three frame options: Arc door, flat door, and wing door frames adapt to different factory layouts for safe, efficient production.

Servo knurling motor (optional): Delivers 2 extra knurling turns vs. standard motors for stronger bottom bonding.

Dual-station four-path cup-rim hot air: Progressive heating for gentle, even heat transfer and optimized side-seam bonding.

Super knurling assembly: Bearing life up to 10× standard knurling wheels with more stable pressure output (size-dependent).

Triple curling: Three curling stations achieve rim radius R above 450°.

Auto spray assist: Smoother, rounder cup rims.

Variable-frequency hot air: Energy-saving cool-down when the machine stops.
