The new model features multiple upgrades in production speed, operational stability, and forming process, with a maximum production speed of up to 160 pcs/min, providing a more efficient equipment option for large-scale production of double-layer cup outer sleeves and tall cup products.

The NEWTOP-138WT is built on a mature cup machine platform + dual-turntable layout, delivering smoother rhythm output and more reliable transfer. Consistency at key stations has been improved, and through structural and precision assurance, production fluctuations are reduced, enabling long-cycle continuous and stable operation.

Through strengthened mechanical and electrical architecture, the NEWTOP-138WT achieves a speed increase. Compared with the NEWTOP-118CDT (this model has been discontinued), which had a maximum speed of 120 pcs/min, the new model achieves a 33% increase, with a maximum speed of up to 160 pcs/min. It perfectly matches the production rhythm of mainstream high-speed inner cup machines and fully releases the capacity of the double-layer cup complete line. It increases output without adding manpower, factory space, or energy consumption, solves the capacity constraint of the outer-sleeve process, helps customers improve efficiency and reduce costs, and meets the production needs of large-volume hot drink tall cup orders.

At the same time, Newtop offers modular configurations addressing production challenges such as bonding strength and ink scraping. Paper container manufacturers can flexibly select and combine options according to their needs:

• Optional extended paper feeding station + optional plasma treatment to strengthen bonding capability, adapt to difficult-to-bond eco-friendly materials such as PLA and water-based coatings, and improve new material adaptability;

• The rolling bottom can also be optionally equipped with a cooling water structure to avoid printed ink scraping issues, ensure consistent cup body appearance, and meet brands' strict requirements for finished product texture.

The model also optimizes the cup bottom oiling structure to achieve uniform and stable oiling. It is equipped with a glue visual inspection system that monitors the glue coverage area in real time and uses image algorithms to quantitatively analyze glue layer distribution, ensuring stable output of double-layer cup sleeve fitting quality.
