In the early stage of the business, the customer purchased 5 NEWTOP-138S paper cup machines (now upgraded to the NEWTOP-168S9) in one go and built its own production line. The equipment operated stably with a low failure rate, helping the customer build a stable customer base, and order volume grew year by year. As the business continued to develop, the customer’s orders kept increasing, and it urgently needed additional equipment to expand production capacity.

However, the original factory space was already nearly saturated and could hardly accommodate more traditional models, while relocating the factory would mean high costs and production stoppage risks. After comprehensively evaluating the customer’s on-site space conditions, Newtop’s sales manager recommended the NEWTOP-FB158S servo paper cup machine to the customer. This model adopts a compact body design, occupies a smaller footprint, and offers higher space utilization efficiency, which can meet the customer’s core need to increase capacity within a limited factory building. After on-site inspection and evaluation, the customer ultimately purchased 3 NEWTOP-FB158S machines and achieved a production line upgrade without the need to expand the factory building.
