The NEWTOP-DXD110/150 high-speed intelligent paper cup packaging machine can be linked with two paper cup machines to build an intelligent automatic production and packaging line. When the Newtop packaging machine and paper cup machines run in interconnected mode, even if the packaging equipment stops, it will not affect the normal production of the upstream paper cup machines, improving the flexibility of the entire line. During packaging, the equipment can automatically adjust the film feed length according to different paper cup diameters, adapting to the packaging needs of paper containers of different specifications. The NEWTOP-DKX530 / NEWTOP-DKX800 intelligent paper cup case packing machine adopt an integrated design for case opening, packing, and sealing. They integrate functions such as counting, conveying, and automatic case picking and forming, and can sequentially complete operations including pushing cups into cases, automatic case feeding, front and rear flap folding, and tape sealing, further reducing manual case packing steps. Among them, the NEWTOP-DKX530 is suitable for case packing paper cups with a cup rim of 60–110 mm and a stacked cup height of 0–700 mm; the NEWTOP-DKX800 is specially designed for large-diameter paper bowls such as salad bowls, suitable for case packing paper bowls with a diameter of 110–210 mm and a stacked cup height of 50–550 mm. Both machines can adjust the lifting height according to paper cup specifications and carton sizes, improving adaptability when packing products of different specifications. At the same time, the front end of the Newtop case packing machine can be connected to the packaging machine, while the rear end can be integrated with roller conveyor lines, four-corner sealing equipment, coding and labeling equipment, etc., according to the production line configuration, providing paper container manufacturers with more flexible automated case packing solutions.
