Newtop Paper Cup Machine Production Process

1. Paper blanks are neatly aligned and placed into the paper magazine.
2. The side-seam heated paper blank is wrapped around by cup clamps to form the cup body.
3. The ultrasonic horn presses the cup body seam, emits ultrasonic waves, and bonds it.
4. The bottom punching die cuts the bottom blank and places it into the bottom of the cup mold.
5. The cup body is turned over by a mechanical arm and sleeved onto the cup mold.
6. Bottom heating 1 for the cup bottom.
7. Bottom heating 2 for the cup bottom (Newtop paper cup machines have now been upgraded to three-stage hot air bottom heating).
8. Optional: bottom curling after applying white mineral oil.
9. Cup bottom knurling.
10. Cup rim pre-curling after oil application.
11. Cup rim final curling and heat setting.
12. * Cup rim and inner wall inspection.
13. * Cup bottom and outer wall inspection.
14. Finished cup ejection.
15. Qualified cup discharge.
16. * Unqualified cup discharge.

(Note: Steps 12, 13 and 16 are only available on paper cup machines equipped with cup rim and cup bottom inspection systems.)
