NewDebao Kicks Off Inaugural 'Workplace Safety Month' Campaign

Laying a Solid Foundation for Safety, Ensuring Steady and Sustained Progress! NewDebao officially launches the first "Workplace Safety Month" campaign.

In order to thoroughly implement the work safety responsibility system and further enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, on June 11th, the company grandly held the launching ceremony of the first "Workplace Safety Month" event during the morning meeting. This year's event, themed "Everyone Emphasizes Safety, Everyone is Capable of Emergency Response—Identifying Safety Hazards Around Us", officially kicks off the company's series of work safety initiatives for this year.

The launching ceremony was hosted by Qiu Shouquan, the Administrative Director of the company. He emphasized that safety work is of utmost importance to the enterprise. Subsequently, Li Deping, Acting Manager of Intelligent Manufacturing Department 1 and Safety Administrator, delivered a speech as a frontline representative. Combining with the actual production situation, he conducted an in-depth analysis of the diversity and concealment of potential safety hazards from both theoretical and practical perspectives. He stated that there are no bystanders in safety work, and he will take the lead in implementing inspection and rectification measures to ensure that every operation within the team is carried out safely.

Finally, Chen Qiang, Director of the Intelligent Manufacturing Center, delivered a mobilization speech and officially announced the launch of NewDebao's first "Work Safety Month" event. He pointed out that with the continuous expansion of the company's production capacity and the increasing level of equipment intelligence, safety management faces higher requirements. It is necessary to take "identifying risks, strengthening emergency response, and emphasizing implementation" as the core to systematically promote all aspects of work safety. He put forward three requirements for all employees: first, the management should strengthen the implementation of safety responsibilities; second, employees should establish the awareness that "everyone is responsible for safety"; third, all departments should cooperate with each other to form a closed-loop management mechanism, ensuring that the event achieves practical results.
