To further encourage employees to keep learning and strengthen corporate culture building, the company has been piloting a monthly learning points incentive mechanism at New Debao College since May this year. The mechanism aims to encourage employees to take the initiative in learning, promote mutual progress, and continuously improve their skills and qualities in job practice through the learning points system and monthly recognition system.
During the morning meeting on July 14, the company held a recognition activity for the June learning points ranking. The recognition was divided into two categories: "Model Team" and "Model Individual", aiming to set up learning role models and create a good atmosphere of emulating, learning from, and surpassing each other. In the team selection, the R&D team of the Technical Center won the title of "Learning Model Team" by virtue of leading the total training points of the month, and was awarded a floating red flag and a team fund by the company. Members of the R&D team actively participated in internal training, technical seminars, and continuous improvement projects, deeply integrating learning with R&D and innovation, and fully playing the exemplary and leading role of technical backbones.
On the individual learning points list, Zhang Yun from the Process Development Department, Huang Chengmiao from the Quality Department, and Liu Laini from the Quality Department won the top three individual points with their solid learning attitude and excellent monthly points. These three colleagues, based on their own positions, actively participated in training and sharing, not only improving their personal abilities, but also conveying the positive power of loving learning, enjoying learning, and being good at learning within the team.
