The Award Ceremony of New Debao's "Work Safety Month" Was Successfully Held

At the morning meeting on July 18th, the company held an award ceremony for the "Work Safety Month" activity in the factory area. Three "Safety Experts" who performed outstandingly in the first "Work Safety Month" activity were commended and rewarded. This further promotes the company's safety concept of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone can respond to emergencies" and creates a good atmosphere of "Identifying potential safety hazards around and building a safe production environment". 

June this year marks the 24th national "Work Safety Month". Centering on the theme of "Everyone talks about safety, everyone can respond to emergencies – Identifying potential safety hazards around", the company officially launched the first "Work Safety Month" activity at the beginning of June. During the more than one-month activity, the company comprehensively improved all employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities through various forms such as publicity and training, and hidden danger investigation.

During the activity, employees actively responded and participated, took the initiative to find and report many potential safety hazards through filling in investigation forms and taking photos for evidence, which provided strong support and reference for the company's safety management. With extensive participation of all employees and careful discussion and evaluation by the company's "Work Safety Month" activity leading group, three employees, namely Chen Jianfei, Ying Xingwen and Yang Hu, stood out from many participants by virtue of discovering and feeding back typical safety hazards, and won the "Safety Expert" gold award, silver award and bronze award respectively. The selection of "Safety Experts" is the company's recognition of employees who actively practice the safety concept and have the courage to find and report hidden dangers, as well as a strong call for all employees to pay attention to safety and safeguard safety in daily work. Qiu Shouquan, the company's administrative director, presented bonuses and honorary certificates to the award-winning employees, expressed sincere thanks to all employees who participated in the activity, and encouraged all employees to continue to maintain a high sense of safety sensitivity and responsibility, and truly implement "safe production" in every detail, every operation and every inspection. 

Facing the new situation of increasing production capacity and improving intelligence level, the company will continue to adhere to the policy of "Safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", continuously improve the safety management system, constantly improve the closed-loop mechanism for hidden danger investigation and rectification, and promote safety management to move towards institutionalization, standardization and normalization.
