In a bid to establish a fully automated production line for snack bowls that meets KFC's rigorous standards, a North American client had previously evaluated cup-making equipment from various brands. However, they consistently failed to find solutions that satisfied their core requirements: high speed, energy efficiency, and full automation. Following extensive research, the client turned their attention to China, hoping to identify a truly suitable production line solution through on-site inspections. Among them, the NEWTOP-228W horizontal high speed intelligent paper cup machine served as the core equipment. Capable of stably producing 200 units per minute, it was equipped with an intelligent inspection system: after each snack bowl was formed, it would undergo inspection by an online detection device. If defects such as internal stains or bottom gaps were detected, the equipment would automatically reject the defective products, ensuring only qualified items proceeded to the next stage.

Following equipment delivery, New Debao's technical team promptly dispatched professional engineers to the client's facility in North America. The engineers completed installation and commissioning in the shortest possible time, achieving seamless integration of automated production across the three machines:

KFC snack bowls produced by the NEWTOP-228W were conveyed directly via a conveyor belt to the NEWTOP-DXD110 Automatic Packaging Machine for individual airtight packaging.The packaged products were then transferred to the NEWTOP-DKX530 Automatic Cartoning Machine, which neatly stacked and sealed the products into cartons according to the set quantity—all without any manual intervention.

Once this fully automated production line was put into operation, it thoroughly impressed KFC's inspection team. The full-process zero contact from bowl production to cartoning not only reduced the risk of human-induced contamination but also significantly improved production efficiency.
